Burn calories in a fun, high-flying, instructor led round of Air-obics!
Trampoline techniques include Bouncing, Jump Squats, Tuck Jumps, V Jumps, and Power Knees. We'll spice it up by adding floor exercises to include Push-Ups, Burpees, Mountain Climbers, and so much more!
Classes will begin later this year. Please check back for updates.
You may particpate barefoot or with low-profile, trainer style shoes. No shoes with large heel pads (i.e. most running shoes) will be allowed.
